Sebastian Argras

Sebastian Argras is the seneschal of House Rannek. His position places him among the principal officers of the household, distinct from Castle Rannek’s court wizards.

Household Office

As seneschal, Sebastian serves the Rannek household in an official capacity. Surviving accounts do not establish the full limits of his authority or assign him a detailed portfolio of duties.

Angel Rannek alone habitually calls him “Butler,” an imprecise description drawn from the domestic work through which she knows him. The address may also carry familiarity or affection, but it is not Sebastian’s title or formal office.

Castle Rannek Crisis

During the infiltration of Castle Rannek, Sebastian was reported to be taking a late lunch with Marchioness Maria Rannek. He was expected to act alongside the court wizards if danger forced the Rannek family into its fortified refuge. This coordination did not make him a wizard.

Because the castle’s reports were compromised by impostors and constructs, Sebastian’s precise actions and condition during the takeover remain unresolved.
